Quality control focus

For apparel sourcing, buyer risk usually comes from fabric mismatch, unstable fit, poor stitching, late delivery, and unclear packaging requirements. AOLEI’s RFQ flow now collects these details before quotation.

Suggested checkpoints

  • Style and sample reference review.
  • Fabric, lining, trim, zipper, button, and label confirmation.
  • Fit, size range, and measurement tolerance confirmation.
  • Bulk production follow-up and final garment checks.
  • Polybag, carton, buyer marks, and export packing confirmation.

Testing and compliance

Testing claims should be confirmed by buyer requirements and available evidence. Buyers should list required standards such as REACH, OEKO-TEX, color fastness, dimensional stability, or market-specific rules in the RFQ.
